JJ Personal Training aim to provide something much more individual and bespoke for all. Many of our clients want to improve their fitness and have someone help them drive that forward, others have experienced a change in their health and want to regain confidence in their body or use fitness to help them manage their wellbeing or health condition. We are pleased to have joined forces with the Hen House, as our ethos towards a holistic approach in delivering our exercise programmes knits well with the wellbeing environment and services offered at the Hen House. We very much take an approach that encompasses the whole person which, we hope enables every individual we work with to develop and build confidence in their ability to make exercise work for them; feel good about themselves no matter the level they are working at.

Jason Jackson is a fully qualified Personal Trainer specialising in weight loss and nutrition.
Sarah Pearson is also a qualified Personal Trainer with specialist qualifications in Post/AnteNatal exercise and programmes for older adults.
Mike Mapson has a background in Military fitness and is a gym instructor.
